At Vexcards, we strive to provide the best experience with our Pokémon card products. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, our refund policy is here to help.
1. Eligibility for Refunds
- Change of Mind: If you change your mind about your purchase, you have a guaranteed and unconditional right of withdrawal up to 14 days after receipt of the goods. Please contact us before returning your purchase
- Damaged item(s): If you receive damaged item(s), please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the damaged item(s).
2. Conditions for Refunds
To be eligible for a refund, please ensure the following:
- The item must be in its original packaging and condition.
- Proof of purchase is required.
- Items on sale or clearance are not eligible for a refund unless they are defective.
3. Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund:
- Approved Refunds: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
- Rejected Refunds: If your refund request is rejected, we'll provide an explanation and options for you to consider.
4. Return Shipping
If you are returning an item:
- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Note: We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
5. Non-Refundable Items
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
6. Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received a refund yet, please check your bank account again. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you have done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us.
