We dispatch pre-orders after the products arrive at VexCards and have been checked. We then pack and send your order as soon as possible.
Release dates and delivery windows are estimates. Manufacturer, supplier and carrier schedules can change, so delivery may be earlier or later.
You receive an order confirmation by email. We will contact you about significant changes or delays.
Yes. Once your order is dispatched, you receive an email with tracking information.
Pre-orders are paid at checkout. After payment, we reserve the ordered quantity for you.
Yes. The price paid for your order stays the same. Later price increases on our website do not affect an existing paid pre-order.
Yes. Release allocations are limited. Once the available quantity is reserved, pre-orders close or the product is shown as sold out.
Yes. The complete order is dispatched once all items are available.
Yes. You can order pre-orders and in-stock products together. The complete order is dispatched when the pre-order becomes available.
Yes. We wait until all items in the order are available and then ship them together.
For earlier delivery of in-stock items, place them in a separate order.
You can combine them, but the order ships only when the last item is available. Separate orders are recommended when release dates differ substantially.
Contact us as soon as possible if you wish to change your order. We will check what is still possible.
